Child Policy
At The Bellwood Manor, we are committed to providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere for all our guests. To maintain this environment and ensure the utmost comfort of our guests, we have established the following child policy:
- Children of all ages are welcome at our hotel.
- All children up to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times while on the hotel premises.
- Children up to 17 years are allowed in public areas, including the restaurant and lounge, provided they are accompanied by an adult and adhere to the hotel’s etiquette guidelines.
- Children must be supervised at all times in and around the relaxing pool and other recreational facilities.
- We are happy to provide extra beds or cribs upon request, subject to availability. If you require an extra bed for your child, please inform our Reservations team at the time of booking, so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Our check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a charge and availability. It would be appreciated if you could notify us in advance of any early or late arrivals, as well as any other pertinent information about your itinerary.
Payment Terms:
- Payment pertaining to the stay of the guest must be settled directly prior to the checkout by Bank transfer, Cash or Approved credit card.
- Payments should be made prior to guest arrival.
- The special rates are subject to change with written notice.
Cancellation Policy:
- If canceled within 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full stay will be charged.
- If canceled within 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the full stay will be charged.
No shows:
- In the event of a no-show, a retention fee equivalent to the total charge for the booked room nights will apply.

- Signature Breakfast: A curated menu of local and international gourmet dishes.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.
- Three-Course Lunch: Indulge in a gastronomic journey with our chef’s specially crafted salads, soups, entrées, and desserts.

Lunch is served from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Afternoon Tea: Savor a luxurious array of finger sandwiches, homemade jams & clotted cream, scones, handcrafted pastries, and premium teas. Afternoon tea is served from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Six-Course Dinner: Embark on a gastronomic adventure as you savor our meticulously crafted six-course dinner, designed to delight and tantalize your senses. Each course showcases the finest seasonal ingredients, expertly prepared by our skilled culinary team to bring you an unforgettable dining experience.
Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Unlimited Premium Mocktails, Soft Drinks, Artisanal Teas, Coffees, and Fresh Cold-Pressed Juices.
- Personalized Butler Service: A dedicated butler to assist with packing and unpacking, reservations, and any other requests.
